VR Baseplate

This is a VR Baseplate that is primarily just to test for my future projects but I thought I'd share it if you want to mess around in it with it's limited features. This is for context a beta test that will soon lead to the VR Testing Toolkit but for now, this is just to set up everything and make sure all functions can work. Expect more soon!
